The terms governing access to and use of DDDungeon, including account and save responsibilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and playing DDDungeon, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this game.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use DDDungeon for your personal entertainment. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the game or its contents.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the game.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to play the game.
  • Attempt to exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
  • Distribute or share modified versions of the game.

4. Game Content and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the game at any time without notice. Game balance changes, new features, and bug fixes may be implemented at our discretion.

5. Save Data

Your game progress is saved locally in your browser by default. If you choose to enable optional cloud saves:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide a valid email address for account creation.
  • We reserve the right to delete inactive cloud save accounts after extended periods of inactivity.
  • While we make efforts to preserve your progress, we cannot guarantee that cloud save data will never be lost due to technical issues or service disruptions.
  • Recommendation: Regularly export your save data as a backup through the system settings.

6. Account Termination

If you use cloud saves, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use. You may delete your account at any time through the in-game settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in DDDungeon, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, and game mechanics, is the property of the game's creators. This includes assets generated or refined using artificial intelligence tools, which are provided under the same license and protections as all other game content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the game.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting with an updated "Last Updated" date.
